Selo Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Croatian extra olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the chicken, paprika, cumin, cayenne pepper, and black pepper. Coat the chicken with the spices and flip with tongs to ensure an even sear.
Remove the chicken and set aside for later.
Add butter, onion and garlic to the saucepan and cook until they are translucent, about 5 minutes.
