Refund & Return Policy
We do NOT accept returns under any circumstances. If your package is damaged in transit you may be eligible for a refund, or shipment of a new package. For questions about this please email Hello@SeloOils.com.
Our refund policy is valid within 7 days of receiving your product.
Refunds are only available for products that arrive damaged. There are no refunds for any other reason.
We do not offer any refunds if the package is undamaged.
We are unable to issue refunds for orders that have been marked as successfully delivered by the carrier, even if you report not having received the package.
If you order arrives damaged, please email Hello@SeloOils.com as soon possible with images of the damage and we will process a refund or ship you a new product.
Customs & Duties
We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.
We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed or undeliverable packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customers responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier.
We do not refund for lost packages but we will do our best to try and track it down for you.
If for any reason you would like to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours.
Once the order is processed there are NO refunds unless the above conditions apply.
